Learning from its experience in the 2021 Assembly elections, the BJP has adopted a more refined and focused strategy for West Bengal this time. Instead of relying solely on large rallies and high-decibel campaigns, the party is emphasising micro-management and constituency-level planning.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah is spearheading this approach, with plans to stay in West Bengal for an extended period to closely monitor developments. His strategy includes regular feedback sessions with booth-level workers and district leaders.

Party insiders believe this shift will help address organisational gaps and improve coordination on the ground. By focusing on local issues and targeted outreach, the BJP hopes to build a stronger connection with voters and mount a more effective challenge to the Trinamool Congress.
